Unfortunately, friends, crises keep recurring in our lives! The child is burning with pain! And only the strongest painkillers prolong the life of the unfortunate child, as well as the life of his loving parents. Honestly, we haven't seen such self-sacrifice in the Fund for a long time...

- Anna, it's always hard for me to start a conversation about the suffering of children. How would you describe your feelings upon learning about your son's condition? 

– What measures are you taking to help your son and fight for his life? 

Anna: I'm doing everything within my power. We're going from doctor to doctor, seeking the best treatment methods, and raising money for surgery in Turkey. They've finally given us hope! They said the amount that will save my son from excruciating pain is $30,000. I've reached out everywhere, but I've heard from people that only your Fund is capable of raising that much money!

I dedicate my entire life to my son, and right now, I'm kneeling before you!

– Why are you saying that, Anna? I and thousands of the Fund's friends share your sorrow!

Anna: What else can I do? My husband and I are simple working people... We've already sold everything and borrowed everything we could!   Save my son from pain! Give Tato life! Have mercy on us! 

- How do you manage the challenge of caring for your sick child? 

Anna: It's not an easy task, but I've learned to live with it.  Taking care of him gives me the strength to keep fighting. And I know my life will never be the same. I dedicate it entirely to my son. Moreover, my unfortunate child has spent more time in intensive care units than with me. And every moment of our meeting is eternity for me. I can't get enough of looking at him, I can't stop kissing and hugging him. I miss having him home so much. 

- What would you say to other mothers who also have sick children? 

Anna: I would tell them that they are not alone.  We are all going through this together. And together, we can support each other and fight for our children. Never lose hope. You can reach out to me, you can reach out to other mothers. We share experiences, listen, and support each other. Because sometimes even a simple word like "hang in there" or "everything will be alright" helps. 

- The entire Georgia will hear about your hardships. What would you like to say to those who can help you in the fight for your son's life? 

Anna: I'm on my knees, pleading, begging everyone who can help to extend a helping hand. We'll never be able to raise the amount that the Turkish doctors mentioned.  That's why I found the strength to reach out to complete strangers.  Consider that you'll be giving my son a new life without pain and suffering. I understand he'll never walk or talk, but the idea that he won't suffer anymore, that he won't be in pain, and I can't afford to make it happen, it breaks my heart.  We will be grateful to everyone who offers help. We won't be able to pay, we are a poor family, but the prayers of an unhappy mother will surely reach God!  And every day I will ask Him not only for the health of my son, but also for the health of your children, kind people!

This is not just a call to generosity, but also to compassion, to empathy for the pain of others.  If it were your child, what would you do for them?  Let's act the same way now because our responsibility to humanity extends far beyond our own circle.

In this story, every word, every thought, every sigh is filled with pain and suffering. It's a story of ongoing struggle, a reminder that there's always room in the world for compassion, kindness, and assistance, and that every act of mercy brings us closer to the true essence of human existence.
